11 Seas is leading the front-end and backend development of the Clinbook platform using Bubble.io as the primary interface layer. Their work includes:

• Building and refining the front-end UI/UX in Bubble to support Clinbook’s investigator and site selection workflows.
• Integrating dynamic content via custom API calls to securely fetch and display data from Clinbook’s AWS-hosted MySQL database.
• Developing and maintaining custom API endpoints (primarily in Node.js) to retrieve, filter, and serve structured data from AWS-hosted databases. These endpoints are designed to power the Bubble front end with clean, real-time data aligned with the needs of users.
• Structuring responsive, role-based dashboards and search/filter interfaces that allow users to query investigators and sites by therapeutic area, performance metrics, experience, and geographic availability.
• Implementing platform authentication and user permissions within Bubble to manage access to sensitive clinical data.
• Maintaining iterative development cycles with daily to weekly QA and UX feedback sessions to ensure usability, accuracy, and platform stability.

• Query Efficiency: Improved the speed and accuracy of complex database queries, supporting faster investigator and site search across millions of records.
• Deployment: Successfully launched the MVP version of the Clinbook platform with functioning API integrations, role-based dashboards, and secure login, meeting timeline and usability targets.

They were readily available for daily check-in calls and maintained an active WhatsApp group chat, where they responded quickly and thoughtfully to questions and requests. At the start of the project, we co-developed several features together, which not only accelerated progress but also allowed me to gain a working understanding of Bubble’s no-code environment.

They are very good communicators, respond quickly, and turn around work. Overall, their work quality is pretty good.

The team has excellent communication. They respond very quickly via WhatsApp and get things sorted. Their turnaround time is generally pretty quick. In terms of management, they're pretty clear about what they’re doing and when things will be delivered. I highly rate them.

11 Seas Consultants Pvt.Ltd has built the original MVP of our product and implemented its UX. We've given the team our UX/UI design in Figma, and they've developed an interactive prototype and the software workflows behind the design. 11 Seas Consultants Pvt.Ltd has built the initial version, which we've tested with customers.

After validating the idea and the project, they've helped us further develop the product on the software side with low-code solutions, mixing no-code with code.

11 Seas Consultants Pvt.Ltd has used Bubble as the no-code platform. They've also used JavaScript and Python to build out some plug-ins. On top of that, the team has layered custom code on that no-code platform. Our platform is quite feature-heavy and has video capabilities, so the team has done a lot of work.

Although the development phase has ended, 11 Seas Consultants Pvt.Ltd continues to work with us on maintenance. They help us on an ongoing basis.

It isn't easy to separate 11 Seas Consultants Pvt.Ltd's performance from our performance. However, our conversion rate has increased from 35% to north of 55%. 11 Seas Consultants Pvt.Ltd has helped us break even, and now our company is profitable, given the low-cost setup and no-code offering.

We've been able to launch the MVP two months after starting to work with them. 11 Seas Consultants Pvt.Ltd has also helped us launch some core features within a month or two. The team's speed of execution has been excellent.

11 Seas Consultants Pvt.Ltd has been on budget. They're very responsive and attentive when solving bugs or issues. The team is there when we need them, which is the core thing that matters to us. They've done a pretty good job of meeting timelines and budgets.

We typically communicate via Loom and Trello, where the team highlights any new features or changes to the platform. We will send a Loom with a description via Trello. We haven't had many calls, except once a month, to discuss progress with the project lead.

11 Seas Consultants Pvt.Ltd's availability is impressive. The team is constantly there when we need them, especially when something needs urgent attention, which has been an essential differentiator. They've consistently found the solution to the most challenging problems.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Having somebody who knows our video platform would've been perfect. However, we've hired a specialist, and it has worked okay.

Having the documentation upfront has worked well for us. Having the interactive prototype upfront has helped a lot, so that 11 Seas Consultants Pvt.Ltd can focus on development and not design. It has helped the team start the project at full speed, and we haven't wasted any time. For us, that has been a critical piece.
