10ⁿ Tech is a Dubai engineering firm, founded in 2016, that builds digital twins, VR training simulators and enterprise AI for government and industry across the UAE and the GCC.
Digital twins. Interactive 3D models of plants, cities and real-estate projects, built in Unreal Engine and streamed to any browser, used for operator training, sales and planning.
VR training. HSE and operations simulators modelled on the client's own site, from the IOGP Life-Saving Rules to plant start-up and emergency drills. They run on headsets, kiosks, tablets and the web, with exam-mode scoring and instructor dashboards.
Enterprise AI. AI agents, document intelligence and on-premises GPU clusters for organisations that cannot send data to a public cloud.
We also design and deliver the IT infrastructure these systems run on.
Reference: for Dubai Municipality's sewage treatment plants we built a VR operations and maintenance training complex with more than 7,000 interactive elements, 21 VR scenarios and fire, flood and blackout drills.
