We worked together on HummingX project which was our turn key initiative, where we hired Zuse Digital for end to end service. We were looking for a reliable partner who understands User experience as well as justify the business concept.

We were at an idea stage and right from our first meeting with Zuse, we were impressed with their thinking and approach to the solution. We found in Zuse exactly what we were looking for - which was a team who blends all aspects of a digital service.

Our key expectation were to have two critical factors. A company who can understand our business goal and concept of the platform to suggest us new ideas. Secondly, which is even more important was the User experience. We were not looking for typical developer firm, which we could hire from anywhere. But our expectation was someone who thinks together with us and helps us make a platform that solves problem.

We aimed to create a B2B marketplace, where user could search the right partner for different services they are looking for. We had a pre-discovery / ideation workshop and we brainstormed multiple approaches to define user journey for the solution.

The aim was to nail down shortest critical path that helps user find what they were looking for. Zuse created excellent workflows with neat wireframes and with interactive prototypes. They produced excellent UI Designs for both web and mobile apps which helped us differentiate our solution from the competition. The design was our one of the critical factors and that's what Zuse helped us achieve.

We worked with multiple team members from Zuse, from analysts, UI/UX Designers and Backend developers. The most important part and something we were impressed with was as a client, we were never left alone with the Team.

We were able to launch the product on time as we got pretty much delivered well at least a week in advance, allowing us to test it before going live. We have launched the product in private beta with the current version and are still refining the product for the public.

All the communication was done online. Their founder Zanyar always made sure he was part of almost all meetings, whether its ideation or it is a review meeting for work. That made our job very easy to communicate and get things done faster. They managed the timezone difference quite well and we didn't have any issues dealing with communication.

The best aspect of working with Zuse Digital was their attention to detail. and how are able to solve it with great UX and UI. Making things easier is hard. That's what Zuse is great at as they understand the problem to its deep and then come up with very simple yet efficient design solution.

From day 1 it has been essential for Viktrs to put the audience and the music community first, not just in our business model, but also in the user experience on the front end, as well as building a tool that could serve as an artists ‘ self-service portal on the backend. Zuse Digital started this journey with us on day 1 with Design Workshops in London, and from then Zanyar and the team worked tirelessly throughout 2020 to enable us to go live with our BETA in December.

Their eye for design and a strong focus on purpose has enabled us to find a great balance between a bare minimum MVP and a rich polished product. The Zuse Digital deliverables have helped us create the core DNA of the Viktrs brand, user experience & backend platform that will form the foundation of our ongoing partnership with them into the future.

Project management for the build was good, although we would have liked a little more detail to provide ongoing comfort for internal stakeholders. Internally we use Monday.com as a project management platform, it would have been great if Zuse was able to do the same.

Regarding the project's structure and procedures, everything has gone according to plan. 

Key deliverables include a new deployment process developed on top of Azure Cloud; over thirty.NETCore microservices; a mobile app for iOS and Android created with IONIC/Capacitor; and all the artifacts needed in a UX/UI process (design systems, wireframes, etc.).

They revamped our core products—loans, credit cards, payments, and accounts—while also introducing a fresh customer onboarding process. The app was launched just a week ago, so we haven't seen an impact on NPS yet, but I'm confident that will change soon.
