We saw a significant improvement in our organic traffic in just a few months. I also felt immediately more in control of our organic marketing strategy after Zupo did their initial audit and worked with us to revise our strategy.

Very effective! The Zupo team is very hands-on, and very communicative. This was perhaps my favorite part about working with them.

The sheer amount of SEO knowledge they have is impressive. They were in communication with me so much along the way, that it felt like I had just hired new in-house teammates. Very different from other experiences I've had where you only hear from the contractor once a month.

We were looking to outsource our marketing effort for our new startup. We had limited experience in marketing (besides some friends in the industry), so we wanting to bring in a firm that felt like a member of the team. We wanted to increase sales nationwide and focus on small-to-medium sized agencies across the US. We knew SEO would be more cost-effective in the long run versus PPC. We wanted to increase traffic to our site and increase incoming leads.

After speaking with 10+ options and consulting with some friends, we knew we needed to have a focus on SEO and become industry experts. Since none of the founding team had marketing experience, we needed to rely on a consultant or firm that could hold our hand through this process. We compared offerings apples-to-apples and asked for case studies to confirm their success. We narrowed it down to two but selected this vendor since he seemed to understand our perspective as founders. He was also less of a "consultant" and acted as a part of the team and nags us when we need to get things done. This is helpful to have another person that will hold us accountable.

After selecting Zupo, we started by presenting our goals and expectations for him as a vendor. They started with an audit to maximize their outcome. After reviewing the best potential targets, they immediately got started to improve our rankings. From there, a strategy was assembled to include: getting our company listed, pitching PR opportunities, on-site SEO, and general marketing. They worked with us to create a custom workflow so we can utilize our existing services too.

The principal of Zupo (Jason) worked with our team. We know there are other people behind the curtain, but he's been our main contact.

Since beginning with Zupo, we've definitely seen an increase in traffic and leads to our site. Although still figuring out precise metrics to measure ROI, there's been a positive trend for our company. Looking forward to seeing additional success as we continue to work with this vendor.

Communication has been simple and fluid throughout all our experiences with Zupo. Whether its email, G Suite, text, or call - we've always gotten quick responses and actions. They've been very flexible when building new SOPs and adjusting to our workflow. Also, open to feedback or criticism if anything pops up.

Very agile company. Not only do they move quickly, but they're very adaptable for any changes. We've really appreciated the constant updates and presentations to track our progress.

We've been very satisfied with our experiences thus far. We're hoping to push more marketing responsibilities towards Zupo when they offer it as a service, but we're content with things so far.

We have grown the website's ranking tremendously. Before we didn't do any SEO, or when we did attempt it, we would do it completely wrong. We have grown organic website leads in the tens of percents, resulting in an ROI that we did not expect within months of kicking off this project.

The workflow is extremely efficient, communication is extremely consistent, and our process has lead to a very successful campaign that continues to get more and more effective as time goes on.

I find their ability to start a foundation, maintain that foundation, then scale that foundation extremely impressive. Their holistic approach to the SEO space is what sets Zupo apart from the rest.

The understanding alone has been a huge win for us. The biggest fear going into this was just not knowing what was going on. They have really helped us truly understand SEO and now our marketing execution is closely tied with a strong understanding of SEO. Rankings are improving, we are getting more leads, exposure is great and everything is trending up.

Very organized and they are very communicative. I really appreciated that as a founder. Sometimes things are hectic and my mind can go off into a bunch of different ways, but Zupo kept us focused on the SEO plan.

The initial consult was free, and we learnt a great deal with data to support the direction we should go in.

The on-boarding was structured and well thought out and took up little of our time. From there, we let Zupo work on the magic.

They came back with a defined strategy based on their data analysis. Upon review and approval we let them get to work. We were able to be hands off from this stage. But keep in contact and always look forward to the regular review and strategy calls that are scheduled.
