I am the CEO of a media management and marketing agency. Our primary industry is casinos.

For what projects/services did your company hire Zoom IQ Creative Marketing?

Our website was designed about ten years ago and was outdated in terms of both content, design and functionality. We hired Rick /Zoom IQ to redesign our existing general site, as well as create a separate website specific for the casino industry.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with Rick/Zoom IQ before on various creative projects including development/design of collateral/in-store materials for a regional quick-service restaurant chain as well as video production for a casino client.

ZoomIQ understands marketing, and is exceptionally responsive, meets all deadlines, and provides excellent creative product at a fair price.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project was completed in a very short period of time, building on various marketing presentations, pitch decks and internal materials that had been effective in new client development. The initial stage was development and approval of a new layout. creative look and site template.

The second stage was development and implementation of the design and content. Final stage was functionality checks and on-site editing of website's content.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked primarily with Rick, directly, but also interfaced with Rick's back-end website developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Initial responses to website were very positive. Site was "introduced" at a regional trade show, at which we generated roughly a dozen new business client contacts to follow-up with.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent. Two-way communication was continuous and timely. Rick was effective in pushing the product forward --- including pushing the client (us) for input on content in order to make desired timetable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Zoom IQ is exceptionally easy to work with. They are very responsive, are open to client comments, ideas, etc. They do not get fixated on "their favorite approach" to the detriment of the overall project or timeline. Thanks to them, we were always able to find a great solution to the creative/business challenge.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zoom IQ Creative Marketing has been our primary digital marketing provider for over 10 years. Throughout our engagement, they’ve built five websites, collateral materials, and direct email templates.

Their process involves developing the entire architecture of the site, creating the content, implementing the coding, and maintaining and updating the security features.

In addition, they’ve also done three different marketing campaigns as well as video production.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is Rick (Owner & Creative Director) and a web developer.

They were introduced to me by a mutual contact and decided to hire them based on their reliability, knowledge, and design skills.

We’ve invested about $300,000–$400,000.

Our ongoing partnership started in January 2006.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our client’s web traffic and engagement have significantly increased as a result of Zoom IQ Creative Marketing’s efforts. As for the email marketing campaign, they helped us attract almost 150 people to one of our events.

I can’t think of anything they could improve because whenever there’s a problem, they’ll let us know in advance.

I would advise you to flesh out your ideas and understand who your target audience is. I would also suggest letting them harness their creativity.
