All positions for which we cooperated with Znojdziem required a clear recruitment process, as it was important to fully verify the candidates' personal qualities and discuss their professional experience in detail within clearly defined criteria. The positions were also related to team management, so we needed to maximize the identification of risks and possible difficulties with future employees at the interview stage. Therefore, the process was organized as follows: 

1. first contact of the candidate (Znojdziem) 
2. HR interview (Znojdziem)
3. representing of the CV, summaries, assessment of compliance of personal qualities with the requirements of the position
4. process inside the company
