The collaboration with Zima Agency began with workshops, during which we thoroughly discussed our goals, user needs, and key guidelines. Based on these insights, the agency created an intuitive information architecture, designed key pages, and developed the service selection module. They also executed a full rebranding, including a new logo, which seamlessly integrated into a modern and cohesive style aligned with our company’s identity. The website’s design evolved, becoming more modern while still maintaining an elegant and approachable feel. The Zima team delivered a complete set of UI designs and documentation, allowing us to smoothly move into the implementation phase.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is currently in the implementation phase, but we’re already seeing clear benefits. We now have a well-structured design, an intuitive service selection module, and a consistent visual style that reflects our brand. The brand book and UI documentation have also streamlined the development process and improved communication with our tech team.

During the first few months, our team focused on developing the navigation and progress tracking module, which is one of the primary modules in our SaaS platform. In the following stages, Zima created another modules for the application, and also designed the user interface for the quality control app for tablets.

After conducting initial tests, Zima successfully designed a new layout that both enhances user experiences and simplifies platform usage, resulting in significant improvements in customer reception.

Project management was great, majority of it was done by Radek, co-founder of the company, who was responsive, well aware of our goals and limitations, and made sure the work was delivered timely and in scope that we agreed to. Overall, this was a great experience.

Their culture is great - hard-working, friendly, competent and no BS specialists. This, mixed with their intelligence and drive to deliver high quality end product made the cooperation smooth and satisfying.

In the design process, when creating the final UI, we spent more time than we wanted making sure everything was consistent - there were small, but important details (such as color code for call-to-actions, or inconsistencies between the same elements in various places of the website) that were incoherent in many places, and on every stage of finalising UI appearance we had to give feedback to it.

We collaborated with Zima on redesigning the mobile application for Biletomat. Clear priorities set for the project were a plus in Zima's project management. Zima was committed to meeting our expectations and success metrics. They focused on ensuring that the deliverables could be easily implemented, so they worked with developers during the design process to ensure a smooth implementation. 
To show the designed animations in the app, the UI designer created a clickable prototype, which also helped to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Their team is well-organized and knows how to listen to the needs of the client. Working with Zima means collaborating with great specialists who have been in the market for several years.

They speak in business language, not industry jargon, which you as a client might not understand and which makes communication within the team difficult. The UI designer, Kuba, created stunning graphic designs. In their designs, Zima remembered to maintain logical transitions between users, resulting in a consistent project.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zima UX, UI & Design Strategy?

We needed help designing and structuring a fully self-service online configurator to streamline our ordering process, reduce manual sales involvement, and improve the customer experience from product customization through checkout.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zima UX, UI & Design Strategy designed our online configurator. The team conducted workshops and requirement mapping, created user flows and decision logic, and designed the UX. • As part of the project, Zima has created two independent user paths for us: one for new users and another for those who already have a history of using our financing services. It was important for us to design a multi-level user data authentication system and enable the verification of this information by external systems. 
• Zima also focused on ensuring that the entire process was transparent, clear, and divided into logical steps from the user's perspective, which was important for us from the perspective of IPF users.
• Additionally, we commissioned a Landing Page project to promote the service itself.

• Designing a secure and intuitive UX flow followed by UI and prototype development for the credit system, catering to both existing account holders and new clients along with registration.

They adjusted to our needs - we have many stakeholders deciding of each part/detail of the path so satisfying all of them was a challenge but Zima acheived the goal and satisfy all of our stakeholders so that we were able to successfully go-live with a state-of-the-art MVP product.
