We wanted to implement Klaviyo and affiliated services and didn't have the bandwidth to do it ourselves. We outsourced to Zettler Digital and have had great results.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increased our revenue from email and SMS flows, increased our SMS sign ups, helped to retain customers. Also helped to sunset customers so that we weren't spending marketing dollars on unengaged customers.

Excellent response time, very knowledgeable, I've learned to ask them before adding any apps to our shop. They might have a better solution or a recommended app. Very helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We very much appreciated how quickly we were able to get up and running. When I first contacted them I was in chaos mode. They stepped in, organized some steps, and we've only improved from there. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zettler Digital could have done differently?

I think everything is going great. Possibly the only thing I would say is to have a "brand on boarding", so they'd know our colors, logos, preferred wording, etc. That's likely more a me thing than a Zettler Digital thing. We don't have a brand kit.

I’m the owner of Buckeye Brownies, an e-commerce company that creates gourmet three-layered brownies and blondies in Akron, Ohio. We offer unique flavors and nationwide shipping for online orders as gifts or personal treats.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zettler Digital?

We needed help growing our website revenue from existing traffic, building a full-funnel email and SMS program in Klaviyo, and scaling new customer acquisition efficiently through Google and Meta ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zettler Digital runs our email, SMS, paid media, and on-site optimization as an integrated growth team. They handle our retention strategy, including Klaviyo flow builds and optimization, campaign calendar, segmentation, and SMS. Regarding on-site CRO, they manage our A/B testing roadmap and execution, landing page and product page updates, and a custom Build Your Bundle builder that replaced two legacy bundle flows.
Moreover, Zettler Digital provides custom Shopify development for a proprietary cart app that auto-adds free gifts for promo codes like win-back offers.
They also manage our personalization efforts by syncing Klaviyo segments to the testing tool so returning subscribers and lapsed holiday buyers see tailored offers in the announcement bar and cart. Finally, they handle our paid media campaigns on Google and Meta and provide creative direction and monthly performance reviews tied to our P&L.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in our average order value (AOV) and conversion rates over time. Our AOV has increased by 9.1% since we implemented the new widget in October 2026. Our conversion rates have also increased from 1.14% to 1.31% for the Build Your Brownie Box product page.

How did Zettler Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Zettler Digital delivers on time. Their communication is good, and they provide updates throughout the project. The team is very professional and offers true high-level guidance. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their high-level changes in optimizing our website are impressive. From new product widgets to weekly conversion rate tests, their work has had the biggest impact on our business. Zettler Digital doesn’t feel like an agency but more like a business partner. Moreover, their level of detail and simple expertise in the e-commerce space are unique. This is needed to continue growing our business.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
