What challenge were you trying to address with ZestPro Solutions?

I needed help with monetizing my YouTube. My goal was to gain 2,000 subscribers and 30,000 views on my videos.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ZestPro helped me generate views and increase my subscribers through social media shares and paid advertisements. The channel is currently on hold because I’m involved in other activities.

What is the team composition?

I coordinated with their project manager. I also visited their office and met their team of 10–12 people.

How did you come to work with ZestPro Solutions?

One of my friends referred me to them.

How much have you invested with them?

Including ads, I paid around 14,000 Indian rupees (approximately $200 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with ZestPro from May–April 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ZestPro delivered what they promised. In just a month and a half, I generated almost 1,000 subscribers and 30,000 views. I was happy with the results, and I believe I would’ve reached more success had I continued. 

How did ZestPro Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They were pretty okay. In terms of meeting deadlines, they did a good job. However, ZestPro said it would take a month to achieve the results I wanted, but they missed some deadlines, so it took a month and a half. We communicated through WhatsApp, and they sent me weekly reports.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their manager was persuasive when he explained monetization and other concepts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m satisfied with what I got from them.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I was happy with what ZestPro delivered, so I’d definitely recommend them. I’ve already recommended them to a friend that’s building a website.

We got to know from the reference, got good feedback about them. So we decided to go with them

We had conversation over all , then fixed a meeting , zestpro showed us some samples, we shared one sample script to make videos, the. We started working

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Worked with Syed mainly he use to coordinate with us, about changes new videos etc, service and quality was excellent

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Video quality was really great, we use to share those videos to our clients for marketing purpose for new product launch. We got good response with the videos. Excellent service I must say

It's was good on time sometimes it use to get delayed for maximum one day but apart from that no other issues with service and quality

Their creativity is very impressive.
