On the Supply side, we’re creating a smooth onboarding flow for gig workers (Liberated Associates), including KYC, grooming checks, gig discovery, attendance tracking, and payment summaries. On the Demand side, we’re building features for hospitality businesses to post gigs, track bookings, rate workers, and manage payments—ensuring a seamless experience for companies hiring staff on demand.

The platform includes the following key features:

• Activity & Expedition Management: Agencies can create, schedule, and organize their outdoor activities and expeditions.
• Booking System.
• Participant Management: Collect and manage detailed information about each participant.
• Guide Management.
• Inventory & Warehouse Tools: Manage gear and equipment associated with each expedition, including check-in/check-out and stock tracking.
• Integrated Payments: Integration with Stripe to handle payments directly between customers and providers.
• Agency Onboarding.

The platform is being developed using Bubble.io, with all logic handled within Bubble and API integrations as needed, especially for Stripe and other external services. The project is beyond MVP stage and is currently focused on refining user flows, improving automation, and scaling for broader adoption

Progress was measured based on the fulfillment of a set of acceptance criteria defined at the beginning of each development phase.  On top of that, their team is excellent on a human level — approachable, friendly, and collaborative — which makes communication easy and fosters a positive environment for finding the best solutions to our challenges.

The project management from Zeroic has been excellent. All deliverables were consistently completed on time and met the expected quality standards. Despite the geographical distance between our teams, communication has been smooth and effective throughout the entire collaboration. The Zeroic team has always been responsive, approachable, and available to address our questions and needs whenever they arise. Their professionalism and commitment have made the process both efficient and enjoyable.

As a self-funded startup, pricing is always a sensitive point for us — but Zeroic has offered the most competitive development cost we’ve found in the market for a team with such strong expertise and quality

What impressed us the most about Zeroic was the technical expertise of the team assigned to our project. They consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of complex requirements and were able to implement them in less time than we initially expected. Their deep involvement and commitment to the success of the project have truly set them apart. It's rare to find a team that is both highly skilled and genuinely invested in delivering great results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zeroic could have done differently?

If I had to mention an area for improvement, it would be the initial quality check before handing off deliverables for our testing. On a few occasions, we encountered minor issues that could likely have been caught with an internal QA pass by someone other than the developer. That said, these instances were minimal and did not significantly impact our workflow. Overall, the quality of the deliverables has been very high, especially considering the tight timelines of our project.

I’m the owner of WordUp Tutoring, an education company. We provide online academic support in math, reading, ELA, and general homework help to students in kindergarten through eighth grade.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zeroic has developed a login and signup process that leads to a dashboard for parents, students, and tutors. The team has also created an internal AI chat to assist kids with homework. Moreover, the team has built a feature that allows parents to book one-on-one tutoring sessions through Calendly. Zeroic has added many other features to make the dashboard highly functional.In addition to the dashboard, Zeroic has created an email and password login and a Google login option. The team has also implemented BuddyUp, our AI learning pal, and TTS and STT functions. Moreover, Zeroic has linked a learning library with over 4,000 worksheets and added the ability to upload attachments into the chat for assistance.Zeroic has also implemented Bella, which is a voice-guided support feature. The team has added daily challenges and a questionnaire for parents. Onboarding assessments for kids K-8.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had 100 kids log into the platform since we first launched it. We’ve taken their feedback and made modifications to the platform. We’re in the process of relaunching and will gather more feedback then.Moreover, kids like the daily challenges and games that Zeroic has added. Our sponsorship flow is better, and we’re fixing bugs and improving the workflow as we encounter them. We’ve also added an internal support ticket help desk to support parents in real time.

How did Zeroic perform from a project management standpoint?

Zeroic is very accommodating and openly communicates when they can’t meet a deadline. The team also creates workarounds if necessary to meet our needs. For example, I was presenting a demo, and Zeroic made the updated features available to me to ensure the demo went successfully. The team made those features live later for general usage.We communicate through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Zeroic is flexible and always responds in a timely manner. The team always finds creative ways to meet my needs and the scope of work. Zeroic makes my ideas more simple or enhances them.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. Things are moving along, and I’m happy with the results thus far.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Zeroic developed our web application using Bubble.io based on our product requirements and wireframes. The team also integrated the OpenAI API into the app to enable AI-generated copy outputs from our structured prompt workflows. Moreover, Zeroic converted our Figma designs into responsive, user-friendly pages, including the landing page, dashboard, and copy generation module. Additionally, the team set up login and sign-up flows, user profiles, and workspace management features. Zeroic also designed database structures and automation workflows within Bubble for smooth content generation and saving user history. Finally, the team conducted QA testing, fixed functional bugs, and helped us deploy the live version on Bubble hosting.
