I’m a partner at Otobot Technologies. We’re powering the future of automobile retail by transforming the way dealerships work through AI and data science.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zeroic?

We needed help with various module developments and customer requirements.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zeroic handled a complicated module of our automobile CRM tool that was inefficiently designed and consuming a lot of WUs. The team improved the UI, backend workflows, and query optimization.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two teammates from Zeroic.

How did you come to work with Zeroic?

We found them through Bubble community events. We chose them because they had good knowledge of Bubble’s capabilities and limitations.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–April 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw an 80% reduction in WUs for the module, which reduced our monthly Bubble cost by over 50%. We also saw faster page load times.

How did Zeroic perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily communicated with Prashant (Founder). They delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by their deep knowledge of Bubble.

We needed help building our app via the no-code platform Bubble.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zeroic has been responsible for customizing and improving our app’s MVP and UI/UX. The team has changed the app’s raw design to a more modern-looking one.

We’ve been working with two teammates from Zeroic.

We found Zeroic through online research. We chose them over other options because of their past work.

We started working together in March 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

Zeroic has helped us create a better-looking app with updated functionality, including team member privacy, international compliance features, and color code improvements.

How did Zeroic perform from a project management standpoint?

Zeroic’s project management has been good, and they’ve delivered on time. We communicate via the Plutio app and WhatsApp.

The developer assigned to our project is very good and responsive.

The agenda was to create an edtech space for the cohort members to access all the course materials, session recordings and weekly score and standings for the students.
Main goal was to build an web application over the course of 2 months that included a dashboard, a student score, asset management screen etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Zeroic was very proactive in terms of communication on a weekly basis and we had weekly agenda on what screens to work. The design and development was clearly discussed every single week and the Quality Checks were conducted towards the end with our collaboration to clean out any particular bugs

The team was highly professional in terms of deliverables. The founders communicate regularly and the development team is top notch in terms of working and suggesting ideas that we may have missed out on. They were very responsive!

The most unique part was the company culture - they knew exactly what needed to be done and proactively communicated that. Their documented approach on even the smallest of the steps allowed us to track every phase of the project which I felt was very professional
