Phase 1: Product Strategy (4 Weeks)

1. Research & Analysis

Market & Competitor Review: Assess key competitors (e.g., ClearChecks, HireRight, etc.) and identify gaps or opportunities.
Existing Data & Analytics: Review existing funnel metrics, heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar), user feedback, ad performance, and any prior user surveys.
Stakeholder Interviews: Meet with internal SMEs (CEO, COO, Engineering lead etc.), marketing teams, and (optionally) a few end-users and prospects if feasible.
2. Product Strategy & Roadmap

Product Vision & Positioning: Clarify how eKnowID and TalentIQ fit into our ecosystem (and potential rebranding)
High-Level Roadmap: Prioritize major initiatives based on impact and feasibility (e.g., key new features, improvements, expansions).
Pricing & Packaging Considerations: Explore potential subscription/bundling ideas (e.g. selling “packs” vs. pay-as-you-go) that emerged in our conversation.
Deliverables for Phase 1

Discovery Findings Document (summary of user research, market analysis, competitor insights).
Preliminary Product Strategy (vision, goals, success metrics, and recommended approach).
High-Level Product Roadmap outlining 3-5 critical initiatives with rationale, ROI potential, and suggested next steps.

Phase 2: UX/UI Design & Detailed requirements (4-5 Weeks)

Upon approval of Phase 1 findings and roadmap, we move into detailed design and requirements for the top-priority initiative(s). For example, if the first priority is to completely revamp eKnowID’s user flow. Then we will work on - 

1. Requirements Definition

• Work closely with you and your dev team to write a Product Requirements Document (PRD) for the selected initiative(s).
• Define user stories, feature lists, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
2. Wireframes & High-Fidelity Designs

• UX Wireframes: Establish clear flows for eKnowID sign-up, purchase, checkout, and results-delivery steps.
• High-Fidelity Mockups in Figma: Incorporate final look and feel, interactive elements, mobile responsiveness, and brand considerations.
3. Handoff & Development Support

• Provide Figma files (and design specs) to your dev team.
• Optionally, remain involved for QA, feedback loops, and iteration on designs if required.
Deliverables for Phase 2

Detailed PRD (Product Requirement Document) with user stories, acceptance criteria, flows, data requirements.
Figma Wireframes & High-Fidelity Mockups (desktop and mobile versions).
Handoff Documentation (clear design specs for your internal dev team).
