Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We were looking to extend our team to build AI-based enterprise resource planning systems that integrate various business processes and functions within the organization. The system covers areas such as finance, human resources, supply chain management, customer relationship management, and more. The main features are predictive analytics, automation, enhanced Insights, fraud detection, and personalization. 

AI-based ERP platform that leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance and extend the functionalities of traditional ERP systems. ZDT was assigned several modules of the project, including predictive analytics, supply chain optimisation and automation. Regarding the technology stack, the application relies on Node.js, Java, Python, and AWS cloud tools.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Regularly reviews after every sprint, done releases by planning timeline, transparent communication, up-to-date feedback, etc.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zero Down Time Ltd could have done differently?

Sometimes their approach is too formal. In my point of view, they have worked with much bigger customers with very well-defined processes. We must fill out a lot of reports and documents when handing over the work, which for smaller companies might not be necessary.
