We wanted to really improve our SEO, and create google search ads for our funds.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had huge success, and are very happy with the results we are seeing. Year to date we have seen over a 40% increase in impressions through our search ads on google.

Josh is great. They're constantly checking in and sending reports over in a timely manner.

We are most impressed with their service, and how they have helped with out changing demands.

I’m the founder and head of growth for Neuralcast, a data-driven digital advertising firm.

We hired Zero Company to help us boost our organic presence and utilize paid advertising channels.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to improve the ranking of our branded terms in search results. Ultimately, we wanted to have a better focus on our market and understand where prospective clients find us.

How did you select this vendor?

Stephen (Founder, Zero Company) and his team were responsive and communicated clearly. We liked their overall demeanor and had a strong proposal.

We began with a series of meetings to familiarize their team on our business. They then provided a unique proposal that was a six-month plan of action. They implemented SEO tools, redesigned the website, and performed A/B testing. They began multiple branded PPC campaigns.

What was the team composition?

We worked with Stephen and two account executives. They work with their internal technical, PPC, and SEO teams.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

Shortly after beginning the campaigns with Zero Company, we saw a steady improvement of monthly visitors and prospective customers. Our sales representative has experienced an increase in outreach from clients. Additionally, several of our key terms appear as the first search result, which is a large improvement from where we were.

How did the Zero Company perform from a project management standpoint?

Zero Company primarily uses Zoho and Slack to manage the project and all communication is clear. They keep updated documents about progress and any changes so that all members are on the same page. We also have monthly one-on-one meetings.

What impresses you about the Zero Company?

Their team is highly empathetic and collaborative—we can trust them with our brand.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It would be beneficial if they had more offices in the Southern California area near us, but it hasn’t been an issue because they are stellar communicators.
