Zegates was engaged to design, develop, and implement two integrated platforms tailored to our operations: a DEAL Management Platform and an HRM Platform to support the CEO-in-Residence programme. The scope included end-to-end product development, from system architecture and UX/UI design to deployment and ongoing support:

They maintained a consistent delivery cadence, hitting most of the major milestones on time, including the initial CRM architecture, AI-integration modules, and user interface iterations.

Their responsiveness was particularly strong. We often had evolving needs as the project matured—especially around AI model training, outreach automation, and performance tracking—and Zegates adjusted quickly, often proposing elegant technical solutions that anticipated downstream challenges.

We held weekly alignment calls and used a shared issue tracker to monitor progress, priorities, and blockers. Critical bugs and feature requests were typically handled within 24–48 hours, showing both agility and commitment.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zegates International could have done differently?

Additionally, as the project scaled, clearer documentation and handover material for internal teams would have helped with onboarding and long-term maintainability of the platform.
