We are a web development company based in the UK. I am the owner of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire ZecraTech, and what were your goals?

The business challenge that we faced was an internal capacity issue. We were in the fortunate position of having a lot of work but needed additional manpower to help complete projects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor based on their communication and the quality of smaller project test pieces. It was through these test pieces that we were very impressed and allowed us to begin a relationship.

We have employed multiple technologies through the projects we have been working on; Wordpress, Magento, Laravel, Symfony and Concrete5. We have entrusted Zecra Tech with all aspects of the projects that we manage.

We have worked with 2 web developers and one project manager, Abhijeet who has been our main point of contact throughout all our works together.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Every project that has been completed has been done to the highest of standards with amazing after service provided.

We have daily communication via skype and utilise Asana to manage our projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their overall service was amazing - communication is perfect and the delivery of projects to the highest standard.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have been very happy and have not found anything that could be improved nor done differently.

I’m the owner of Ignatius Lab Private Ltd, an IT solutions company.

What challenge were you trying to address with ZecraTech?

We needed to outsource some of our IT projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re helping us with e-commerce development per my requirements on around five similar projects. We provide them the UI/UX design, and they create an e-commerce website from scratch using WordPress, PHP, and MySQL with all the shop and checkout pages functionalities. They’re also working on a web training site where they’re helping me to convert the designs into WordPress.

What is the team composition?

I’m in contact with the owner, to whom I give the requirements for each particular website.

How did you come to work with ZecraTech?

I found them on Freelancer.com — we work offline from that platform now.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $5,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021, and the project is ongoing.

I enjoy working with them; they deliver all my requirements and projects promptly.

We track our progress in Asana and communicate via Skype.
