Second, they created a prototype for the Action Plan flow, enabling dealership employees to create and manage tasks and plans for improving the customer experience.

The project resulted in the successful creation of detailed wireframes for the Improvement Center, providing a clear structure for identifying customer experience issues. Additionally, the prototype for the Action Plan flow allowed dealership employees to efficiently manage and track improvement tasks, leading to enhanced operational efficiency. Both deliverables were completed on time, meeting the project’s goals and improving user engagement within the platform.
