Zabota met with us to understand he position we needed to be staffed. They then supplied us with several candidates and pre-vetted those candidates. They gave us guidance with interviewing these candidates. Once we had selected the candidate we wanted to move forward with, they provided us with resources to help us better understand how to build our team around remote talent. Key Deliverables:
