Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Scope of work included designing and developing more than 30 games on the Android & iOS platforms across various genres like arcade, adventure, casual and educational games. It also involved creating a game store application which can showcase all the 30 games as well as manage the complete lifecycle of each game like installation and uninstallation of games etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Timely completion of each game within the defined targets.
• Great UI/UX in games with satisfactory work on the game animations.
• Cross platform games adaptation on both Android & iOS platforms across all devices.
• High quality and bug-free output in every sprint as well as final delivery.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

• The Project manager engaged on a regular basis and provided weekly reports on the project status.
• All expected delays were well managed and provided timely visbility on, hence were managed quite efficiently to reduce any impacts on timelines.
• Most of the game and the game store application were delivered within expected timelines with minimal deviations.

Nothing that I can think so. They are a great team which is dedicated to delivering value to its customers.

The SOW was to develop a fitness app having features like heart rate monitor, Activity Tracker, Sleep tracking, Geo location, Water tracker, Food tracker, setting goals and target etc. 
The deliverables were native iOS App compatible with VIAI AR glass.
