Kimaï is an ecommerce selling fine jewelry pieces made with lab grown diamonds and offering a bespoke service through our online website.

For what projects/services did your company hire YYT, and what were your goals?

We originally hired YYT for a full website redevelopment for our 3 international sites. We needed to create a functional ecommerce website with multiple currencies and with geat customers experience. Shopify has limits in regards to multiple currency.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor because they are helping other brands like us and their approach / organisation is suited for our needs. We also loved the team after meeting them and connected direclty. moreover they're very flexible and responsif.

Website development as a big project at first and then continous monthly support + development of new pages. Technology: Headless storefront on Shopify (React, Shopify)

3 people, all front and back end developers.

always delivered on time + they're very open to any feedback which makes the whole experience easier to navigate.

we communicate through slack and emails, and even on weekends they do get back to us whenever there's an urgency

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed by their communication style and how hands-on they are. It feels like an in-house team.

They provided great quality designs and recommendations.

We had difficulties writing content for the site at first but YYT helped us find a copywriter to help with that

We liked the fact that YYT has experience with both complex backend API integrations as well as frontend development.

YYT delivered the initial project on time and according to the client's expectations. They kept helping us on an ongoing basis with additional feature development.

They use Slack for daily communications and monday.com for project management. Projects are delivered on time.

They have a great startup mindset and approach to development work.

It would be great to have more updates throughout the week on the project status
