The training was delivered in a professional but relaxed manner. Most of our communication was face-to-face, in addition my team was connected the the trainer on Telegram, in case anyone had any feedback or questions.

I’m the CMO of Rubyroid Labs, a software development company. We do outsourcing for clients around the world. We have 50 people in our company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Your Extra Marketer?

We needed help with digital marketing, content writing for our blog, and sales letters for our marketing and sales department, but we don’t have enough capacity to do it ourselves. Our main goal was to find people who can help us write professional and high-quality content.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started by writing the content plan for future months and think about the topics we would like to discuss. Your Extra Marketer had a substantial role in these discussions with my SEO and marketing team.

They reviewed what should be published on our blog, how will it help us to make new leads, and what kind of topics would be interesting for them.

They start writing the articles once the topics have been set. They use all the guidelines that our SEO and marketer set in writing the content. Then, they make final adjustments and corrections after proofreading is complete and provide the final article after. They also help us write lead magnets and sales pitches for our Google Ad campaigns.

What is the team composition?

We work with three people on the Your Extra Marketer team, one of which is the director who helps if there are challenges with the copywriter. The copywriter is our main point of contact with everything related to writing the content.

How did you come to work with Your Extra Marketer?

I asked for recommendations from my colleagues. Some of them recommended Mikita (Co-founder & Marketing Consultant, Your Extra Marketer). I found them to be really good. They’re more expensive than others but definitely worth it.

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2019 and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measure success through the bounce rates with the articles and the time our potential customers spend on the articles. If something isn’t working, we provide them feedback and they make the improvements. Some of their articles made a couple of leads for us. The lead magnets they helped write also helped us get new leads. We plan to work with them for a long time.

How did Your Extra Marketer perform from a project management standpoint?

Our main point of contact helps us with all the questions starting with getting all the details in order. He communicates with my marketer in order to get this information.

He writes all the articles and materials and once approved, he then moves on to provide it to a translator. Then, gets back to us and presents the final work. If we have an issue, the director helps us find the solution.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We consider them as part of our team. When we start to think about new marketing ideas, we will definitely go to Your Extra Marketer to discuss how to do it better and how they can help us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything is good at this point. If we have issues, we’ll talk with the director and they’ll act on it quickly.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’ve already recommended them to one of my friends. If anyone needs some good quality help with copywriting and creating marketing materials, they are really good at it.
