What was the scope of their involvement?
We started with the key brand messages that we wanted to deliver. We needed to really understand what we do as a company and how to explain it to our potential prospects. Our company worked on a marketing strategy, social media presence, and new web design as we were revamping our image and marketing strategy.
We produced 5–7 key brand messages as a result of a very long, hard work that we did together. As a result of that, Your Extra Marketer wrote the whole copy for our new website, which is 30 or 35 pages.
They also built the foundation of our content strategy, including helping us polish an email campaign. The website was the first thing that we delivered under this rebranded version of our company.
The main work, which involved establishing the key message was completed in November 2017. We now work together here and there. They help us out with pieces of content, such as a couple pages on the website.
What is the team composition?
We mainly interfaced with the chief editor, Mikita [Chief Editor, Your Extra Marketer]. We worked a little with his partner, Vitali [Co-Founder, Your Extra Marketer] as well.
How did you come to work with Your Extra Marketer?
We considered a good number of shops and freelance copywriters. We had a test task with a few, where the copywriter would provide a copy. We were pretty precise in terms of what kind of message we wanted to deliver. It wasn’t precise in terms of style.
What we liked about Your Extra Marketer is they understood our style from the very beginning. They asked a couple of really good questions that helped them to identify the very specific language and wording that we wanted. Since their first test task was good, we decided that they were the company we wanted to work with.
