We don’t have any specific metrics, but the app gets lots of great feedback at the trade shows we attend. Internally, we use it daily when we do tech calls. We’re still making modifications to the website. The content is there, but we’re adding pictures and reporting documents. Overall, it’s gotten positive feedback.

RE: I make 90% of the website changes because I know WordPress pretty well. I add pages and do minimal stuff, but Young Decade IT Software Solution built the whole thing from scratch.

Young Decade worked on the app from start to finish. They created everything from the look of the app to the way it works. The app shows all our products, lets users filter by type or size, and has a tool where people can see what tubs look like in different finishes. It also has a way for users to save their favorite items, get notifications about new products, and share ideas with others. They also built a special dashboard for our team so we can keep the app updated without needing technical help. They even connected it to our existing system so we can follow up with customers who show interest.
