I hired Young Decade through the Freelancer App. I explained to their project manager Sumit K. exactly what I wanted. A mobile App for Ios & Android. A sophisticated app with the newest technology and compatible with all devices. The development process was a nightmare not only that they wouldn’t do what a would ask them to do with my App, they designed it extremely mediocre looks wise and functionality. It was like a kid was drawing the design.

Sumit would Just make up excuses and say “you’ll be happy don’t worry” Well they couldn’t even add the feature where you click on an item you could share, he wanted more money besides the thousands of dollars I was already paying them. After 5 months of hell, they uploaded an App that looked 20 years old, and on the second day it stopped working. They took two extra months and asked for more money to fix. I finally fired them.

The source code he delivered is so bad that developers wouldn’t even touch. I reported them to Freelancer. I finally hired an amazing developer that actually went to school for years.

Through the Freelancer App. The developer Sumit told me everything that I wanted to hear, but did not keep promises.

They took 7 months to create something that could be done in 45 days. The technology they were using was so outdated that experienced developers laughed because people that know what they’re doing don’t even use it anymore. They couldn’t even make their code to be compatible with different devices. The words and pictures were missing or cut out when using the App. The code was so bad that to change a word would take a month.

Sumit K. the project developer was the only one I would talked to, I spoke to a lady twice, but she could barely speak English, and it was frustrating. Sumit’s English is also very poor just like their work quality.

After 7 months waiting for them to fix the App and thousands of dollars, I finally fired him, and had to beg for the source code which was ran by 7 different developers, and they all said the same “the source code is really bad, and that I would save money having a real developer build a brand new App. I took their app down, and in a few weeks I’ll be uploading a beautiful & working App.

They never met any timelines. What takes a day to do, it would take them a month because they’re scamming other people at the same time so they make you wait. Sumit will tell you “we’re working hard, don’t worry we’re here to help you” We communicated through Freelancer & WhatsApp.

There’s nothing positive about this company. Their 5 star reviews come from Sumit begging for a good review or other crooks like them posting fake reviews. When your work is good, you don’t have to beg for a good review. I have messages from Sumit begging for a good review.

Hire competent developers, and hire honest project managers. Don’t charge thousands.

During the first four months of our partnership, we occasionally had bugs and issues. But once their team increased in size, they provided their own testers and everything improved. I wouldn’t be using them for this long if they weren’t this excellent.

I speak with them every morning when they update me about the previous day’s work. We use screen sharing and Excel spreadsheets as project management tools. I will give them a couple of examples of something I want. Then, they create it. Next, I create a spreadsheet with recommended fixes. They then make those changes, I test it out afterward, and then we’re done.

They’re honest and transparent. If they can’t do something, they’ll tell you upfront.

Young Decade IT Software Solution developed our mobile app using Flutter. From the beginning, we shared our requirements and provided reference images. Their team built the application entirely from the ground up, including wireframing and UX/UI design to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience.
