Using our products, users can read their weekly horoscope and specific astrological reports. The apps also help them find monetization products and e-books to purchase.

Our platform is currently entirely in English, but we hope to expand it to other languages in the future. In addition, Young Decade maintains and controls the server. They are the only company offering all of the IT services related to this application.

We solve all the dispute issues also between the customers and the vendor or the workers, so for this I was required to have a mobile application with a control panel for me to control everything.

So my requirement was to have a mobile application with a control panel as well as a website for me for my business. They made a very beautiful mobile application in iOS and Android and also made a very user-friendly control panel for me. The control panel is so easy that even my office team members are also easily able to use everything.

The mobile application is also very user-friendly. I am really happy with the final outcome.

So for the project management, we use Slack.

On Slack everything was properly managed. All the Milsones was created as a channel on Slack, and proper communication was there.

I am a guy who loves design. I gave them several pieces of design feedback, and the best quality about them is that they never say no to any feedback. They were always happy to get feedback and did exactly what I wanted with the designs.

Many times I required calls, as I wanted them to explain the whole project to my team members too, so they did a lot of calls and never said no to anything, and in the end, the source code was also submitted fully clean. I have a maintenance period also with them.

My mobile application was delivered exactly on time as I want to launch it in the new year, so everything went well, and the project was delivered exactly as I wanted and on time.

I worked with many other providers, but at the time of the feedback, the other providers always ignored the feedback and focused on the money part. But the beautiful thing, which was Young Decade, was that it was always eager to get more and more feedback and never asked for any extra cost. Yes, on a few occasions they asked, but it was genuine big points, so they suggested I go for the next phase for those points or gave me different suggestions that were best for my business. 

The above thing I found the most unique as well as most impressive. Especially Sumit and Prabal were most helpful throughout the project. I love them. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Young Decade IT Software Solution could have done differently?

I suggest that despite giving updates daily , they can give updates weekly or as per the milestone. Because many times I was not available to see the updates and that creates a gap in communication. So it is better if they provide updates weekly or as per the milestone wise. This is all that I can say, but according to them, they are also right in that they want me to see everything wise per day. But due to a busy schedule, I was only available weekly, so I suggested that they ask clients when they want the updates and can give the updates accordingly as per client needs .
