The immediate roadmap includes finalizing the workspace and sidebar, introducing the BrainBox feature, improving integrations, and resolving bugs. Srva AI ProgressOn the AI side, Srva now enables app launches in under 30 seconds, safeguarded by strong security controls that block harmful content. The platform integrates with profiles, analytics, databases, credit management, email automation, and supports Gmail and LinkedIn authentication. Next steps focus on expanding personalization and engagement: adding BrainBox knowledge bases, custom branding and themes, improved shareability to amplify the network effect, and interactive chat flows that let users refine and explore app outputs in real time.

We've worked with around eight teammates from You are launched, although not all of them work on the project simultaneously. We work with Ivan (Founder), who has been involved during the entire process. We've also worked with two designers, one project manager, and three developers.

I found You are launched online. We interviewed several companies. I took advice from each service provider and tried to determine who might be the best fit for us. I selected You are launched out of three top candidates.

We've spent around $30,000 on this project, including around $10,000 for the design and the rest for development.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with You are launched in December 2023, and we’re still working with them. However, the project is on a break because we're raising more money. We've paused the project and will keep working with the team as soon as we get more funding. We plan to have a long-lasting relationship with You are launched.

I'm happy with the project's results. The product isn't live yet, but so far, I'm very happy with the work and service provided by You are launched. I've had a great experience with You are launched, and they're very understanding. 

How did You are launched perform from a project management standpoint?

I have a complex product because it's specific and driven by football knowledge, and the team is excellent at communicating when they don't understand something. At one point, I had some pain points because I thought the development quote was too high. I talked to the team, who reviewed my budget, and realized we've had too many internal calls trying to understand my product, but I shouldn't be responsible for that. You launched arranged my quote and gave me a discount on my quote.

At the beginning of the project, it was hard for me because I felt deliverables were taking longer than expected, but I hadn't worked with a tech company before. When I talked to my tech advisor, who works in that space, they said that everything was in line and my project took a long time because it was a complex product and due to the design and functionality of my platform. 

However, the team gave me a discount for that time later. Overall, I'm very happy with the timelines.
