For what projects/services did your company hire You are launched, and what were your goals?
Initially, we had the aim to hire several devs to work on our side project. But once we met You are launched, we changed our mind to full outsourcing service by launching a branding app.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
They had quite a deep expertise in fancy design implementation and that’s what we were looking for. On the first call, they put a very detailed question that put us in an uncomfortable position which meant they know more than we thought and such a team can power us up not only with hard skills but also with product management and marketing points. So, that was a key point for us.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
We’ve started with concept design, and full ui//ux design, and moved to app development. The development was split into Milestones and later into Sprints. At the end of each sprint, we were getting a functional app and could review and approve the work progress.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
1 UI/UX Designer, 1 PM, 1 QA, 2 iOS Developers, 2 Android Developers, and 2 Server Developers. So, in total, we had 9 team members.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were receiving functional app updates nearly every week and got to the alpha stage already. They are supporting us with customer support and already working on some features for the beta. We have great progress in 6 months and all that looks very promising. We are happy to keep working with You are launched

We are using Slack messenger, ClickUp for task management, and Hubstaff for time reports.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
All team members are after the project. During 6 months, we had 3 brainstorms and they used their previous experience to support and power up us. Before working with them, I thought that outsourcing companies were mainly selling man-hours, but You are launched suggested cutting features that led to time and money savings.

No, I’m happy that I could find them on Clutch.
