ymstudio was engaged to develop DeliveryPage's brand identity from the ground up. The scope of work included brand strategy and discovery, where they took time to understand our business, target customers, and the trust factors that matter in cross-border logistics, followed by the design and delivery of our core visual identity. Key deliverables included:

• Logo design: a primary logo along with variations for different use cases (favicon, social media, print, etc.)
• Color system: a defined color palette that reflects the brand's personality and works consistently across digital and physical touchpoints
• Brand guide: a comprehensive document outlining logo usage, color codes, typography, and general brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all future materials and communications
• Signage design: designs for physical signage used at our hub, ensuring the brand carries through consistently offline as well as online.

Together, these deliverables gave DeliveryPage a cohesive, professional identity that we now use across our website, marketing, and customer facing materials.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Since the rebrand, we've seen a noticeable improvement in how quickly new customers trust the platform. Our brand now looks and feels consistent across every customer touchpoint, from the website to social media to physical signage at our hub, which has cut down on the back and forth explaining who we are and what we do. We've also had customers and partners comment directly on how professional and trustworthy the brand feels, something we didn't get before the rebrand.

ymstudio's project management was solid throughout. They delivered items on time and kept communication clear at every stage, so there was never a moment where I was left wondering what was happening or when the next deliverable was coming. When I had feedback or wanted adjustments, they responded quickly and were open to revisions without making the process feel drawn out. Overall, working with them felt collaborative rather than transactional, they genuinely cared about getting the brand right, not just checking boxes.

What stood out most was their thought process. A lot of designers jump straight into visuals, but ymstudio took the time to actually understand DeliveryPage as a business first, our customers, what trust means in cross-border logistics, and how the brand needed to communicate that before we saw a single design. It meant every decision felt intentional rather than arbitrary. That level of thinking is rare, and it's the reason the brand now feels like it genuinely represents what we do, not just something that looks nice.

Honestly, it's hard to point to anything major. If I had to mention something, it would be that the initial discovery phase took a bit longer than expected, but the extra time clearly paid off in the quality of the final result. Nothing that affected the overall experience or outcome.

ymatudio was retained by RuralPro Nigeria to manage all brand communications and the design of simplified engagement materials targeting government institutions, community organizations and citizen-clients. Manages all communication products for events and convenings in a creative and.professional manner. ymstudio gave our organization the identity it has today. Very excellent and professional.

The project engaged 311 citizens across 47 communities and 10 political wards, identified 9 shared public priorities and 28 actions, trained 10 Area Council councillors, and brought over 200 participants to the final town hall meeting.
