The Y’all team’s project management was highly organized, transparent, and dependable. Their project management was always buttoned-up, but never rigid. With any new product launch, flexibility is key and their team kept us on track, delivered assets on time, and were incredibly easy to collaborate with. 

The team communicated often, jumped in quickly when we needed something, and adapted as our priorities shifted. It always felt like they were right there with us, fully invested and ready to help however they could.

Don’t discount the value of having an incredible team that always pushes the boundaries (in the best way). They’re eager to try new things, test bold ideas, and experiment with the brand’s goals at the center of every decision. What makes them stand out is how naturally they combine out-of-the-box thinking with digital expertise. 

They’re equally comfortable dreaming big and putting hands-on-keyboards designing assets to test, iterate, and optimize. That combination is rare and it’s what makes them feel less like an agency partner and more like co-creators who genuinely elevate the work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Y'all could have done differently?

Y'all is still focused on growing and their team works like an eager start-up when their work comes across as anything but. I’d partner with them now, before their demand (and their rates) inevitably catch up to the quality of their work.

If anything, they let us internal stakeholders get away with a little too much knit picking. Sometimes the results would have been even stronger if we had just let them run with their ideas.

Reporting was one area for improvement and better communicating the strategy including what was tested and what we could test next.
