Since I had a technical background, I recommended some tools we could use. However, the team mainly used Python for optimization since it was fast and could handle a lot of information. For development, we used React.js. Moreover, we needed to store plenty of data, so we used MongoDB and AWS. 

At present, they provide us with maintenance services. In terms of features, we’ve asked XIZT to build several functionalities, including a smooth messaging option that allows users to chat and collaborate with their peers and colleagues. Seamless communication is important to us since we handle much traffic in our dashboard.

We’ve also seen a 25% increase in messages exchanged between healthcare professionals.

Our team worked closely with XIZT, we had certain metrics to be fetched from monitoring system and provided with list of servers and services to monitor (SMAX, Checkpoint, Cisco, Windows, Linux, video conference). We did integration with CMDB and Helpdesk systems we had. Also, we required automatization of processes, which they approached with customized scripts. We required to automize the registration of incidents and prepare reports.
