What was the scope of their involvement?

XiztDevops is in charge of creating a personalized UX and an algorithm that analyzes users’ preferences to recommend content based on them. We began by outlining the project’s requirements together. The team has used algorithms to provide recommendations of what we can integrate into our platform. 

They’ve conducted testing to ensure the system’s reliability. XiztDevops has also created the documentation and training materials to support our internal team and help them manage the system. XiztDevops offers maintenance support services. 

How did you come to work with XiztDevops?

I did extensive research and interviewed several service providers. Ultimately, I went with XiztDevops because they showed me their professional communication skills and optimal support. They answered all my questions correctly and in the way I wanted.

We’ve established a set of metrics to evaluate XiztDevops’ work, and they’ve demonstrated clear progress and success. Users’ session duration on our website has increased by 35%.

I’m an engineer at FlexiPro. We’re a SaaS company that helps small businesses move their sales by offering software that monitors their website’s performance.

We were facing a significant challenge with our outdated cloud architecture, which struggled to manage our increasing traffic and requests. Because of this, we were experiencing slow loading times and downtimes, which was negatively impacting our client’s experience and prevented us from scaling our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

XIZT DevOps Agency helped us update our web-based application since it couldn’t handle our web traffic any more. They started by assessing our existing cloud detector and identifying the areas that needed improvement. XIZT DevOps Agency created a work plan and used modern cloud technologies and best practices. 

XIZT DevOps Agency worked remotely with our engineering team on the app’s performance and UX. XIZT DevOps Agency tested the app before deploying it since our work package included assessment, planning, development, testing, and deployment.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

XIZT DevOps Agency offered a personalized approach and took the time to understand our requirements. Our project was a success, and we’ve seen a huge improvement in our platform’s performance. Overall, XIZT DevOps Agency helped us improve the app’s scalability, performance, and UX.  

Thanks to XIZT DevOps Agency’s work, our web traffic increased by 50%, and we’re now able to manage more users and saw a significant increase in the platform’s usability. XIZT DevOps Agency helped us make our app more user-friendly for our customers to analyze their website’s performance and make driven decisions.

XIZT DevOps Agency’s project management was efficient. We had regular meetings through Google Meet and a dedicated project manager. Our company won a tender in the Bank for the supply of server equipment and data migration to new servers. We were tasked with migrating the database from the “Sparc” processor architecture to “Power”. This is where we hired Xizt to assist us on data migration part.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have already worked with this company on other projects.

We needed to migrate the database without loss of time and downtime. We have signed a subcontract with XIZT. After that, the company held several meetings and analysis with Bank's IT infrastructure, prepared a work plan for migration. The Bank agreed on the terms, then according to the plan, these works were completed.

We are familiar with this company from the pin test procedure. That is why we chose this organization.

We had several meetings then signed a non-disclosure agreement since we are a state company. Accordingly, the access to the corporate, test and isolated network was provided for deep analysis process. In some time and several meetings, action plan was prepared and we began elimination of the identified problems in the network.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had disagreements in the project, as we did not allow some items to be completed during one service window. To avoid the emergence of risks in the network that could paralyze the work in our organization and affect the service.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This company was great for negotiating and finding common points of view. It was nice to have a dialogues and fast feedbacks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They were too intensive and pretended to proceed several things at the same time.

For what projects/services did your company hire XIZT DevOps Agency?

We were looking for a IT service provider to build IT environment and infrastructure. Our requirements were to deploy corporate website and mail server. Deploy virtualization system and data migration. Provide network infrastructure for our 2 story building head office with 100 plus employees, administering accounts, configuring L2 and IPSec VPN between Mobile ISPs.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had a pool of contestants with recommendations and based on that we decided to proceed with Xizt. We already have seen their work on other organizations which gave us certainty to work with them. What we enjoyed the most is that they were working full time on our premises and collaborating with our team to deliver our needs. The level of broad knowledge of the hardware we already had was the deciding factor, which helped us save the resources instead of procuring new hardware that was proposed from other vendors.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

Initially, we had a meeting with Xizt where we shared our goals and requirements. From first meeting their web developer proposed the solution for the widgets to integrate the telecommunications hardware with the map. They have collected all the data that needed to be integrated and provided analysis on how it can be introduced. Network and virtualization engineer worked closely with our system adminstrators.

They built the network infrastruce from scratch, starting from laying down the cables and installing network hardware. All the work with ISPs are followed in cooperation with our team. Preparing the hardware for IPsec VPNs, L2 interconnectivity VPN over the country. Xizt team members were always present for all the business occasions with our partners and aiding us to build the infrastructure.

Mainly we worked with 5 engineers with different background (virtulization engineer, database expert, web developer and network engineer). Focal point was head of agency, who was also involved in building infrastruce who advised on how to plan and utilize the resources we had.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We worked on this website rigorously. Web developer who worked under this project was professional and discreet. He responded carefully for all the requests and shared the same vision we had.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Since we are government organization, we had certain security rules to be met that was the part of the agreement and NDA. Agency was always open towards our stringent policies. The deadlines were strictly met, in cases there were uncertainties, they always notified us. There were full cooperation between our team and theirs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The approach they used toward the project was excellent. They provided us full plan of works to be done for each day. This plan was tailored under our requirements and deadlines. They always prepared detailed reports on the works they performed as it was mentioned on the agreement. Also, they conducted the training for the employees that were involved on the project to keep the synced.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would suggest bringing in more members of their team to work on the project. Especially when we started integrating with mobile ISPs, we often spent time at their premises to analyze the infrastructure and then returned to headquarters. They made great efforts to meet the deadlines. The same team members worked late as we changed shifts. But at work, I have nothing to add.
