Xerx

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of HexnGlück, a manufacturing company. We produce and sell a newly designed spruce resin cream based on an old recipe of traditional European medicine.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Xerx?

We needed help optimizing our website for SEO and GEO. We also needed to rebuild the website to be better found.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Xerx optimized our website for SEO and GEO. The team also conducted keyword research, created brand guidelines, and handled the website's design and development. The team also created a pharmacy finder and B2B tooling. Finally, Xerx handled hosting, migration, and the website's relaunch.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one teammate from Xerx.

How did you come to work with Xerx?

Yurii (CEO) is part of my business circle. I chose Xerx over other options because they were close to my geographic location, had a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, were referred to me, and had company values that aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August–September 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We relaunched the website in early October 2026. Within the first week, Google Search Console showed around 2,100 search impressions per week compared to roughly 130 per week for the old site. Clicks also rose from about 13 to 41 per week. More importantly, the old site was only visible for our brand name, while the new site now ranks for the actual product and ingredient terms customers search for, mostly on page one. Moreover, the relaunch gave us a pharmacy finder, a B2B page for pharmacies, and an online order form for our retail partners, which we didn't have before. The new site is highly trustworthy to everybody I showed it, including pharmacists. It's really nice, clear, and atmospheric. It's also easy to handle; I already got an order through the form.

How did Xerx perform from a project management standpoint?

Xerx was always really quick. The team was respectful and kind when I asked for changes and improvements. They made everything possible and always looked for a good compromise if necessary. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by their patience. The team was always friendly, gave good feedback, and had a clear working structure.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I was very happy.
