We came to Xedrum with a situation familiar to many growing SaaS companies: the product evolves, the team expands, and the infrastructure stays exactly as it was assembled at the start - manually, hastily, without a system. Every release required several people and never went the same way twice. We needed infrastructure that would scale with the product rather than hold it back.

Key deliverables:

1. Fully automated CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions with separated dev / staging / production environments and automated quality checks at every stage.

2. Containerization of all microservices with Docker, orchestrated through Kubernetes - deployment time dropped from 2+ hours to 8 minutes.

3. Entire infrastructure described as code via Terraform - any environment can be reproduced in minutes with no manual intervention.

4. Monitoring system built on Grafana and CloudWatch with custom dashboards and alerting on critical performance metrics.

5. Complete infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks for the internal team.

The system was implemented. We have an ability to invode api calls to upload, exceture jobs, and download results. The results are stored on our s3 bucket and in the different databases.

The tasks were largely completed on time, and the pace was decent. We had a weekly meeting to see the progress and a meeting once every two weeks to discuss the current sprint, what tasks were achieved, etc.
