Over six months, Xedrum built the system from the ground up: a secure React frontend with separate dashboards for patients and medical staff, a stable WebRTC-based video module with low-latency connection support, a flexible online scheduling system with automated reminders, a FastAPI backend with full audit logging of all system activity, and encryption of medical data both at rest and in transit. In parallel, the team delivered an administrative panel that gave our staff complete control over scheduling, records, and physician utilisation analytics.

We came to Xedrum with a situation familiar to many growing SaaS companies: the product evolves, the team expands, and the infrastructure stays exactly as it was assembled at the start - manually, hastily, without a system. Every release required several people and never went the same way twice. We needed infrastructure that would scale with the product rather than hold it back.

Key deliverables:

1. Fully automated CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions with separated dev / staging / production environments and automated quality checks at every stage.

2. Containerization of all microservices with Docker, orchestrated through Kubernetes - deployment time dropped from 2+ hours to 8 minutes.

3. Entire infrastructure described as code via Terraform - any environment can be reproduced in minutes with no manual intervention.
