Actually, they are one of perfect marketing agency which I ever seen. However, they not show up them too much compare with others. It may be their business philosophy. Anyway, I expect to see them become leading in their field. Thank you.

The project we hired X-DMAIC team back then was to build the brand for Landmark 81 building, running online ads and PR activities and help with certain setup in the topping out ceremony.

After 1 month the website had posted we had five clients contacted and I had three service contracts. That is so great.

Since the beginning of the project, X-DMAIC has been completing their work on time while helping us with many other aspects outside their scope of works like: which technical information should be presented first to appeal viewers, re-design of our newly imported products,... So far, the website's function and appearance are up to our expectation

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

While we do not have much to exchange as most of the necessary information has been sent, X-DMAIC would contact us if any important or controversial piece of information comes up for discussion. We have no trouble communicating although we only use Zalo as the main communication channel.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I find that their research and understanding of our brand the most impressive. The simple reason is that when we contacted them back, they immediately arranged a meeting and quickly gave us a suggestion on what we should do next based on our situation.

So far, the only work between us and them is building the website and it is excellent. I am looking forward to the social marketing and ads.

Whie there were several face-to-face meetings between GLOBEDR and X-DMAIC, most of information exchange are conducted online. Most of work was done smoothly, except for a few misinformation which were settled quickly
