A lot of work to make the website function as the theme didn't really make it easy to load features or to register. The main goal was to change it to be user-friendly, as well to have options to be on-site or off-site. Also includes an option to have a date selector depending on if it's a moveable or fixed lot.

The fact that some features integrated seamless but others got a little tricky.

The beginning was very good, but then we ran into a language barrier and got a lot of issues where communication was a little difficult but got to work around the issues as of now. I would suggest that they work on communication as well as offer more virtual meetings to ensure that the client and they understand 100% of the project. Doing this will prevent a lot of the frustration tied to language barriers.

Even after the issues, they were still willing to assist even if the scope wasn't 100% clear to both sides. They helped fit the budget and tried to assist as far as possible.

I would suggest working on making sure all employees understand English as most people use English when talking to international members. Other than that I would also suggest that they make sure not to seem like they want to rush the projects as sometimes it felt like they just wanted to finish the project instead of making sure it's 100% what we required.
