We had ideas about starting a luxury category in mind, when we approached them, they helped us with Business Strategy development, identified market opportunities through market research, crafted our brand strategy in alignment with our overall business strategy, and set measurable outcomes. The Key deliverables are:

I am the Managing Director of Ashwini decors Pvt Ltd. We are a 29 years old company in the Home decors segment, we have 4 major brands for Curtains, Motorized Window blinds, Wallpapers, Designer Carpets, Flooring Solutions, and Tensile membrane solutions. Our Within Curtains and Mylux Blinds brands are some of the most popular among the imported contemporaries in the country. We have a manufacturing unit and 2 Retail locations at some of the happening commercial points in the city.

We hired Shiv, for our Retail Re-branding, Digital Transformation Strategy, and Marketing Efforts.

What were your goals for this project?

Though we are a 30 years old brand, known to our customers for our long-standing quality and service, we identified that we are losing our customers in the digital platforms and our branding needs to be relevant in this age and time, so we were looking for an expert, to help us create strategies and collaborate with our in house team and external agencies to help us position us the Leaders in our Market Segment.

How did you select this vendor?

Our Executives were in search of several experts through linked in search and interacted with many experts, I met shiv in a business conclave, and requested him to visit us once, to discuss on the requirement, as he was already helping one of our mutual friend who is into the manufacturing business. The moment we had our first meeting, we were on the same wavelength, he doesn't showoff like the others we met, though he is in this domain for more than a decade with specialized skill sets, I decided, he is our man for the job.

After our first meeting, he took 2 weeks to study our brand in which we had a couple of discovery sessions with the internal management team and key stakeholders. Also, the turning point was, when he planned a review session with our key customers, where we came to know that we strongly need a Re-branding for our Retail store. The recommendations he came up with on branding, and our retail customer experience looked like a lot of work at hand.

So we made a contract with him for one year, to help us build our brand and help us position as a market leader in our segment. So, he started to create strategies for every quarter and collaborated with our internal Creative, Content, Marketing, and Sales team. He designed the playbook and made sure our internal teams and External vendors adhered to the Brand DNA. As per his recommendation, we started to Relocate our retail location and he worked with our Architects and interior team, on Store branding, Customer Experience, and product placement strategy.

This helped us in a great deal of an increase in sales, and brand reputation. He also helped us with the launch strategy, which helped us to reach our target customers than the mundane celebrity showoff which we usually do. Every Quarter myself and our CFO we sit with him on budget planning and we work accordingly. He even helped us with valuable inputs in our Operations and Human Resource management. Planned effectively our Digital strategy, Brand Messaging, and communication all through the digital platforms.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

2 outcomes really stand out for me, 1. The way he helped us identify the problem in our existing branding and the customer experience in our retail stores, was a real game-changer. As, we rebranded our retail, with his recommendation, our store visits increased by 65% and helped us leverage a 40% increase in new customer acquisition. 2. Our Website traffic increased from 400 to 6000 per month based on the last quarter's report. 200% increase in Social media engagement. Google paid Ads resulted in a 300% ROI and 400% ROAS.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a strategy meeting every first of the Quarter, and the same will be reviewed at the end of it. Month on month ad spend will be reviewed and new budget planning will be done. He creates the Content marketing strategy for every month and helps the internal team and external vendors to align with the Brand DNA, for better execution.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

He listens a lot before he constructs his ideas and recommendation, which I found most impressive. He doesn't jump to a conclusion immediately, and will constantly look for better solutions. Always humble to answer our repeated queries, and educate us at every level.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't see any. He is a seasoned consultant, we had a great journey in our brand building. Looking forward to collaborating with him in the future as well.

I have decided immediately he is the man for the Job. That's how it started.

we are already a million dollar company in the recent past due to slowness in real estate industry, we have got a big hit in our sales, we followed traditional methods and completely ignored digital. After Shiv on board, we have revived our Brand Presence, our Messaging and communication thru digital platforms, we are working on our Retail branding, and even amidst this extreme conditions his strategies are a real life saver to manage the loss. Goal was to improve Brand Reputation, and eventually increase in sales.

As i told above, met in a business conference, after his presentation, spoke with him, he paid a visit to our Retail, took some time to work our case study, and gave us the revelation on the problems we never focused on or the reasons for our downward graph. So, immediately we requested him to come on board to help us out. We are glad to work with him now.

We get a flurry of Discovery sessions, and Strategy sessions, to focus on solutions, plan our budget, and execute them, since he is in this industry for more than a decade, he comes with a large network of professionals in every areas of solutions Required. He not only created the strategy book and leave us, he supervise every bit of implementation, and make sure we get the desired results as planned. He is a Managements buddy, we never make decisions without his opinion.

Working with Shiv is a bliss, he helps you strategize, identify right vendor for the job, make sure the results were made as planned. Our New Brand Identity and the Brand presence have received great reviews from our partners, investors, and our well wishers. Our Social media engagement has 400% increase in growth and potential sales. After this Branding Journey, some of the International partners have shown interest and tied up with us now as associates.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

When it comes to workflow, initially we have scheduled from our end, which turned in to disaster, lack of results due to our slowness in response. The moment we let him schedule our regular meetings, be it on strategy, review, critical decision making, we are far better productive now. Still we have a long way to go as a business to fix all our flaws. But we are having a good start.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

His knack of asking relevant questions to bring out the real problems we face, and help us in identifying the solutions that suits our budget. Above all He knows what he is talking, his years of expertise in meeting thousands of clients like me, have made him really seasoned to think like an entrepreneur than as a consultant.

I don't think of any improvements, if it is in the first quarter of our association, i may have said, am not sure how the results are gonna be, because only he saw the big picture of results, It was hard for us to have the picture, but we believed in his smart work, and after this one full year of traveling with him, he is the best choice we made as a company for our Brand's growth.

Initially, we approached Witstuners Media for branding and website development. But, over the past couple of years, we realized the potential of their other offerings, including marketing and video production services. Now, we use them for almost all of their services.

We were doing well in our local area and had some repeat customers. When we decided to broaden our presence and services to all of India, it was a struggle until we met this team.

Witstuners Media’s team, we’ve gone from 10 site visitors a quarter to 23,000 visitors a month, resulting in a 200% increase in sales and conversions. As for digital marketing, there’s a 500% ROI for some of our Google Ads and Facebook paid campaigns, and we’ve seen a 300% growth in social media. This is highly commendable, as our niche is far more competitive.

After a certain point, it feels like they operate as our marketing and advertising department because we speak every day about new initiatives, product launches, events, and new business opportunities. Shiv is also our consultant and shares his wisdom on all crucial decisions.

To put it simply, their solutions are pocket-friendly. Shiv and his team are unique in that they’re committed to solving our business problems with clear strategies. Their tactics increase our ROI and save us from unwanted investments.

As they spend more time with their abroad clients, I would recommend that they focus more on the local businesses in India, as well.
