Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the owner and managing partner of Fabrik Labs, a digital product consultancy that helps mission-driven organizations design and build effective digital tools and services through strategic planning and tailored project teams.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire withnocode to accomplish for Fabrik Labs?

We partnered with withnocode to create several digital products. The team helped augment my project teams with high-quality developers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

withnocode provides development support to my project teams. They build software using low-code and no-code tools. In these projects, we built mobile apps for iOS and Android and web-based tools. withnocode did all the development work for these projects, while our team provided project leadership, strategy, and design.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from withnocode.

How did you come to work with withnocode?

Someone referred withnocode to me. I chose them because they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with withnocode in February 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've launched two client products and delivered five feature enhancements. One of our client's apps continues to get five-star ratings on the App Store. The app has also grown from 2,000 users at launch to over 10,000 users now.

How did withnocode perform from a project management standpoint?

Our team provides project management. That said, the withnocode team almost always hits their deadlines. If they don't, they're responsive and reasonable in adjusting.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Thalles (Founder) and the withnocode team are really responsive to feedback and hold themselves to high quality. In software development and consulting, there's always something that goes wrong. withnocode is great at addressing these issues and working to do better next time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We've had personnel turnover a few times. I think communication from one team member to the other could be more detailed. It seems like many issues haven't been conveyed, or documentation is lacking, leading to me and my team needing to re-explain some items.
