I am the office manager at P&H Plumbing & Heating, Inc. We are a plumbing, hydronic and HVAC company.

Our website was very old and outdated. The previous company we had hired could not keep up with their workload and our website was very outdated and not user friendly at all. We hired WiseWala Web Design to redesign our website, make it more attractive, modern and user friendly, in turn to gain more customers from doing so.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor because he was local and we heard a lot of great reviews about him. He uses a modern web design and is very approachable and easy to get ahold of.

The owners and myself met with Paul. He showed us other company's in the area that he had designed websites for. He gave us his prices and was a really great guy to deal with. He was the best option out of the others we compared him with.

We worked with Paul alone. We like him because he's a small business and we like supporting small businesses, this was another main reason we hired him.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our ratings are the best they've ever been! We have received SO MANY new customers from our new website. He also manages our Google page and our Facebook. We receive multiple email inquiries on a DAILY basis. Our ratings our outstanding and have never been as high as they are now that we use WiseWala Web Design. Best decision we've ever made.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was seamless and so quick! The turnaround time was so fast and everything looked so great!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As stated before, we loved that WiseWala Web Design is a small business. They are so knowledgeable about website design! He brought so many options to the table for us that we had not even seen before. We truly were amazed by his work and continue to be.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, there is nothing that I would have changed with the entire process. He was so quick, efficient and professional! Our website has never looked so good and the feedback we receive is more than we even dreamed of!

I am the owner and operator of a full service travel agency in the Flint, Michigan area. I provide customized vacation itineraries for my clients and never charge a fee for my services.

I have heard many great things about WiseWala in the community and I looked at a few of their designs and wanted to give them a try.

Paul initially sat down with me and gathered information about the content that is going to be on my webpage and what I want posted on my social media. He then asked me to submit a list of all the tour operators that I do business with the most and he would match my content to their specials and promotions. Paul gave me my designed for approval and asked me to make any changes that I wanted. Then after I gave approval he published the webpage.

In total just Paul worked directly with me to get the pages that I wanted and to what content to display on my webpage.

Paul is constantly looking at my page and keeping content current and innovative.

Perfect, Paul would email me most of the time when he needs something and I would respond to him when I get free time. He is very flexible to work with.

The personal touch that Paul gave to me.

No. Everything is perfect and there haven't been any problems at all.

Wisewala was hired to design a web site for us that would be informative and easily accessible to our clients while still be pleasant to the eye.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have looked at the other websites that were created by Wisewala and was impressed. I contacted the businesses of those websites for feedback. Each and every one of them were satisfied with the current and future clients comments.

I and my staff met with Wisewala to describe what we wanted our website to be able to do such as staying current with the new tax laws along with the prior laws. To offer tax forms and links to information that the clients may be interested in such as Covid regulations, payroll, etc. Our clients consists of individuals and various business entities.

We dealt with the web designer himself who wanted to make sure that all of our desires were covered. Also the designer himself came up with better ideas to simplify was we wanted to accomplish! So very satisfied!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were surprised to see how many visitors we had on our website! The visitors/clients responded to our updates, used our various forms and checks out the links that the website provided. Comments were also made about the live eagle and the easy flow of the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

My staff will contact Wisewala with information updates and the workflow proves to be smooth and flawless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The knowledge that Wisewala has made creating this website a stress-free task. We ourselves could not have done this alone. We knew what we wanted the website to do for our clients but had no idea how to present it. We wanted the website to be easy to use and flow well. Wisewala accomplished this and more.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We do not have any improvements for Wisewala only on ourselves as far as getting the info to pass onto them quicker!
