• Google data studios designed and set up for each client to tell stories about about performance.

Task was to introduce 3 new affiliates via an on-page widget, which Winweb also designed. They performed the full user-flow analysis to identify drop-off points (exits), and recommended an approach to push visitors to a few different vendors we wanted to test out. The result was a very professional and in-depth analysis of the visitor journey before and after the AB tests, and a new set of widgets and buttons.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to identify which affiliates were most clicked on by users, which allowed us to focus on the top affiliate. Since we really didnt know what the user reaction (CTR) for the various tested options, this was a great undertaking.

I have been in high-tech product marketing and development for almost 35 years, and even though Roman and his team are young, Roman exhibited a rare combination of analytical prowess, listening and questioning skills, patience, communications (excellent english and great at keeping us informed), and integrity. We're continuing to the them!

It was impressive how they approached our situation by first really diving in and mapping our our user journey, then putting together story boards that allowed us to visualize the process and identify areas to test. Fantastic.

Coordinating with our developers was a bit of a challenge due to the custom nature of our application. But this is somewhat par for the course.

All important actions on the website were properly tracked in Google Analytics. All conversions were reported. An easy to use BI Looker dashboard was created.
