What business challenge were you trying to address with Top Net SEO?

We aimed to find and eliminate issues on one of our client's sites. We were losing traffic fast after a site launch and we couldn't figure out why.

I hired Top Net SEO to identify issues with the website and tell us how to fix them quickly, recovering lost traffic. They provided us with a very detailed audit. I gave them access to the Google Webmaster tools and had them identify all areas in which the website was suffering. Top Net SEO provided four different documents showing us how pages were duplicated and the incomplete SEO for some of them. We received an analysis for different areas in which we needed to rework code, as well as a list of broken links.

We already had a contract in place with a developer who was obligated to fix those issues for us, so I got that company and Top Net SEO together on a conference call through which developers were walked through how they needed to fix the site. The developers used were not as knowledgeable as they needed to be, but they were able to move forward after Top Net SEO's intervention.

I was looking for a company which had experience with Magento e-commerce and which also had good credibility. Top Net SEO met all my criteria and their pricing was reasonable.

The total cost of their services was below $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I plan on working with them in the future on larger e-commerce projects, but we're not working at anything at this point.

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

The collaboration was successful. Had my client agreed to move forward with additional work, we would have used Top Net SEO for SEO on the website.

We have an errors report comparing the initial number of errors to the current one. It's not a good indication of their work, given that they only provided an analysis of the site and didn't actually perform any of the SEO.

How did Top Net SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

They also provided a follow-up analysis after the work was completed, showing me what had been fixed. They were strong with documentation and following instructions.

What distinguishes Top Net SEO from other providers?

I was satisfied with Top Net's willingness to go above and beyond what our project stated in order to help me get good developers in place. They provide more transparency and better value than most American SEO consultants.

After video calls with this business, we discussed goals and plans. They then went forward with a detailed plan over a specific amount of time with various updates on the work. At the end of the month we received a very detailed report of analytics to support the work that was done for the month. This made it easy to track the successfulness of the job.

They were very responsive, I did not have to wait more than 24 hours to receive a response which is fantastic giving the time differences between us.
