We started with a free audit of our advertising setup, then WhatDigital researched competitors, audience behavior, and market demand in Latvia before we spent any budget. They gave us a written summary of findings: competitor positioning, audience insights, and recommended channels. That became the foundation for our strategy. 

Our engagement began in Latvia. WhatDigital rolled out Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok between March and June 2024. Revenue doubled with each channel added, going from zero to five-figure monthly revenue within five months. 

From July 2024 through May 2026, we expanded into five more markets. WhatDigital ran the same research-first process for each one, adjusting strategy market by market. All five reached five-figure monthly revenue within seven months of launch. 

We kept the same dedicated account team throughout the engagement, backed by weekly performance reports and monthly optimization reviews.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In Latvia, we went from zero to five-figure monthly revenue within five months. After expanding into five additional markets between July 2024 and May 2026, each reached five-figure monthly revenue within seven months of launch.

Everything was delivered on time. WhatDigital took our ideas seriously — when one wasn't a good fit, they said so directly, explained why, and proposed an alternative. Most of the time we didn't even need to bring ideas to them. Their team came to us with their own recommendations, both for what we needed to handle and what they'd take on, aimed at getting better results. Not every idea worked out, but even the failures led to strong results down the line.

What stood out most was how proactive they were. WhatDigital LTD's team consistently brought their own ideas for what needed to happen on both sides to get results. WhatDigital was responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for our business conference. Their scope of work included planning and managing paid advertising campaigns, defining target audience segments, creating campaign messaging, optimizing conversion funnels, and continuously improving campaign performance throughout the project. The primary objective was to attract registrations from qualified B2B decision-makers and companies with annual revenue exceeding €2 million. To achieve this, the team developed and managed a multi-channel lead generation strategy focused on maximizing both registration quality and event attendance. Key deliverables included audience research and targeting, advertising campaign setup and management, conversion funnel optimization, performance monitoring and reporting, A/B testing of campaign elements, and ongoing campaign adjustments based on real-time results.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Exceeded the registration goal by 56%, delivering 156 qualified registrations from the target audience. The event achieved an 83% attendance rate with 130 business attendees, despite registration capacity limits.
