We’d been running this activity for 1 year with internal folks, so we had a lot of information to use and pretty broad experience. We decided to begin slowly and see how all the things will work before increasing our engagement.

During the first time of engagement, we'd got not just reasonable actions but also exceptional ideas that allow us to grow faster in the next half a month. Now we also want to start cooperation with Whales Ventures to manage a digital advertising campaign via Social Media.

We are getting over 20000 app downloads per month, customer churn is less than 1500 per month which fits into our set of goals.

Everything went smooth - a project manager received inputs from us and distributed tasks among his colleagues. As for the reporting, we had weekly status calls and quarterly reports.

They did a really great job. Monitoring the process, we're seeing positive results from their SEO work and believe they have a strong process. We saw new leads from their social media marketing within two weeks.

When the website was refreshed, our number of monthly visitors was up to about 5,000 per month. We now have 20–30 new leads per month from inbound marketing.

Their project management was perfect. The whole team was able to communicate with our project manager via email, Slack, Jira, and Skype. Their responsiveness is quick. We had a Google Hangouts meeting a few times a week. We also had group calls on a monthly basis. I’ve been able to contact the team and check the progress along the way.
