They made everything from scratch: wrote templates for customers, set up senders, launched 19 campaigns per month, traced all the results, and give us already "hot leads". After we launch our email campaign, we started to deal with our PPC campaign as well. We'd never tried this type of promotion before so we have some budget spare and decided to make this effort.

Whales Ventures team creates and manages our ads for Google for 2 months. I don't think it's a kind of huge activity, it was more like a test. However, we'd got 18 leads from there.

From the first email campaign for the 900 recipients we had 26 positive replies, an overall response rate increased. We turn some of them into achievable potentials, and in 3 weeks, we had closed our first client, which inspire confidence. Also, a huge advance was that our website hit a new level of visitors.

By the 6th email campaign, we received more than 200 “interested” replies. We were swamped in a good way. We even reached the moment when we didn’t have enough resources and people to handle this flow. We had an outstanding ROI number here.

Whale Ventures did a full-screen analysis like a competitor, market trends website health overall. Then they proceeded with keyword analysis and did a deep check of the content on our website.

They discover the gaps and thus articles we should write and assist with whole strategies. Before I hired WV, we’d worked with my in house team (it was actually 3 guys) and I wasn't happy with the results.

We started work with Whales Ventures in 2019 and are still cooperating with them. Despite the Covid crisis, we’ve tripled our leads during this period. Actually now it’s more like maintaining and support. Something like 15-20 hours per month.

For paid ads, our conversion rates have raised from 4.5% to more than 13%, which was a huge leap. I don’t want to talk about the impression. But it pleasantly surprised me.

Also, we’ve seen the biggest movement from the SEO side because we now have a big amount of leads coming from organic search (2400 unique users compared to previous period in a last year) and so on.

We have meetings every week where the team gives a summary and a short explanation of what they've done and what has changed. Then we discuss long- and short-term aims, they outline tasks for the week ahead.

I talk with PM a few times per day if I have any suggestions/ideas. Also, we use Jira to track tasks inside the team.

Our PM - Julia has been a vital part of the process and therefore our success; she's truly dedicated even belonged to our project.

She's available 24/7. The team overall sets out an explicit work plan for what they have to archive and how they gonna implement it.
