All the deliverables were delivered ahead of time. Each deliverable was tested carefully before transferring to us and as a result the deliverables had simple/minimal to no issues.

As for the project steps, I would stand out for the team's quick response and being goal-oriented. After we provided the team with the technical task and the designs, we received the estimate which was divided into the milestones just for us to see which deliverables we will be able to receive and test at some point. When the project started, we were added to the group, where we could discuss or clarify everything we needed. All of our questions were answered and every feedback was taken into account.

Moreover, there was a report on the project's progress made on a weekly basis at the end of each sprint, either on mail or during a prearranged demo meeting. The project manager was responsible for the reporting. In addition, we were added to the Trello board and received the daily report, so that we could see the team's progress. As for the key deliverables we would outstand that everything was always in time and accomplished with the modern technologies stack. We have an internal position responsible for Quality Assurance. However since we release often and the scope of our projects are wide, we hired Wetelo to do regular regression testing of our products.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Wetelo was among the companies we considered while we decided to change our testing company, through references. After a two week training, we ran a month-long side-by-side comparison with all companies. Main factors were ease of communication, quality of defects, availability, price and continuity.

Their team is responsible for doing a covering end-to-end testing of our products every sprint. In the beginning, we onboarded them about the product using Testrail and extensive online meetings. This phase also involved analysis of the needs & resources (people / days).

Then we received feedback about some minor discrepencies between the real product and the documentation. After synchronizing them, they started replacing our previous test vendor. After a month, we ended our project with the previous company.

On and off, we worked with 3 manual testers and a project manager.
