Welastic managed access control and security policies across the Azure environment, maintained platform performance, and handled day-to-day configuration and troubleshooting of Azure components. As part of the engagement, Welastic also administered Azure DevOps — including user management, access governance, and pipeline maintenance — and provided ongoing support for Azure Databricks as the core data processing engine. The team collaborated closely with internal data engineers and analysts to ensure smooth operation of data workflows and to resolve emerging technical challenges efficiently

Despite these challenges, Corporategift maintained strong communication, and feedback was actively considered to enhance processes.

We successfully met all objectives by leveraging AWS Cloud. The infrastructure is designed to streamline the creation of new end-client accounts using Infrastructure as Code tools. For scalable and long-term storage, we chose Amazon S3, allowing us to store petabytes of video content with minimal operational effort. To reduce storage costs, we utilize Amazon S3 Storage Classes, including Amazon S3 Glacier for analytics-related data. We’ve also established robust backup policies with AWS Backup, ensuring sensitive data is automatically stored across multiple regions, improving both security and data integrity. Additionally, we implemented Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) to manage and scale our containerized applications, providing both flexibility and high availability. For data analytics, we rely on Amazon Redshift to efficiently process large datasets, enabling fast, data-driven insights.

Highly available hybrid environment with little to zero downtime. Leveraging Amazon S3 in scale to handle petabytes of data with no operational overhead. Express creation of new accounts for individual clients in PaaS model within 6 hours.
