The first stage was a detailed anamnesis of our current business situation and website for a more precise analysis of the result. We shared our Google Analytics and Search Console so they could check user’s behavior and current website drawbacks. They provided a file with the audit and presented it in the video call.

The audit was as detailed and clear as it could be. Besides website errors, it also describes options on how to remove those errors which are applied specifically for our website. While other companies provided basic standard recommendations. WEDEX team also gave solutions based on competitor analysis.

The team members, project managers, and SEO specialists communicate as professionals and are polite. They tried to explain every detail. All the deadlines are kept as promised. It took much time to prepare the audit, but it is worth the wait if we talk about quality.

Most of all we were impressed by the audit presentation. Moreover, it was presented by a specialist who did it. They answered all our questions as detailed as possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It is hard to say, we don’t buy audits that often to suggest what to improve. The audit looks good and presented very well. Communication is perfect. Maybe the only thing they could prioritize website errors from critical to leave-it-for-later for example.

The work process was divided into monthly tasks. For each period, a work plan was created, and the specialists executed the tasks according to the set deadlines. Throughout the process, we received interim files related to semantics, technical requirements, and links. At the end of each month, we received reports on the work done and expenses incurred. Additionally, at the beginning of the project, a competitor analysis was conducted, and a development strategy for our website was formulated.

During the SEO promotion of the website, the organic traffic has reached almost 1000 unique visitors per day. This is a fantastic result. We wouldn't have been able to achieve it on our own.

For a long period we did nothing with the website. Due to constant updates of the search engines, our positions have been gradually falling. The final point was reached when we needed to improve the situation. We hired the internet marketing agency Wedex to help us solve technical problems of the website.

This agency been at the top of the country for some years. The company has competent specialists. They perform at various conferences and webinars about marketing. The team always provide fresh ideas, which is why their clients appreciate them.

The main goal of all the copperation was to increase the site's visibility. To do this, the semantics and website content were significantly reworked. There were also problems with website technical performance. An in-depth analysis of the site was provided and on its basis programmers fixed all the current problems.In result On-page SEO was finished. The plan was designed for 12 months.

The team consisted of 5 specialists: a manager, a marketer, an SEO specialist, a copywriter and a programmer.

All the work went quickly and without any problems. In a month and a half site's visibility had already increased by 2% after search engine indexed the imporvements.

The work has been performed well. We quickly experienced first results and a further work plan will increase the optimisation effect.

They did a site audit for me and showed me the current result and what we can still achieve. They pointed out the errors that were on the site and suggested options for fixing them. I was impressed with their individual approach and how many things they suggested to improve the site.

They did an audit and we started our work. The WEDEX team immediately made a technical specification for fixing problems on the site, analyzed the usability and suggested options for improvements to increase conversion rates. Also we are constantly working on the internal optimization of the site and purchase quality links. They also set up search engine advertising and suggested a new advertising format to get more customers. Now we are carrying out routine work on the site, try new strategies of work and evaluate the joint result.

There are about seven people working in the team. I communicate with the project manager and his supervisor. There is the head of the seo team, a seo specialist, copywriters, developers, an advertising specialist and a marketer.

When we started the work, the site from the organics came on average 17 people a day, now more than 400 people a day. Already in the first month after the start of advertising, we saw how the number of orders has increased and the conversion rate of advertising has improved. Now I also see a smooth improvement in indicators

My manager Vitalia has enough experience and responsibility. All my requests are fulfilled promptly. She always tries to give the most detailed answer so that I can accurately understand the question.

The first step was ours to provide design sample we like. In return WEDEX analyzed our competitors and discover thei marketing tricks. After a voice call we received first mockup sample for future website with initial page structure, menu, content, forms etc.

After designer did his job we get design of all pages for further front-end development. They also provided keyword research, copywriter outline for future webpages, meta tags and installation manual for analytics services. There also was some extra link profile analysis of our competitors which we are grateful for.

The final stage was the preparation of a report on the job done.

Speaking in a complex, I liked everything, and it isn't easy to single out a moment that needs to be improved. Perhaps the audit work could have been done faster, but we understand that the more thoroughly analyzed our site is, the better the result will be.
