Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the head of operations at MYND, an e-commerce company. We sell mushroom-infused foods like chocolates and gummies that enhance mood, positive energy, and total well-being.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with WeConvert?

We wanted a complete redesign of our entire website and customer-facing assets. The main objective was to execute a rebrand and a modern buying experience on three product detail pages (PDPs).

What was the scope of their involvement?

WeConvert has redesigned our website from start to finish. We have many SKUs for chocolates, gummies, and other categories of products, so the team has thought in-depth about how to minimize the number of PDPs.
Our focus in driving customers is with Meta, so we need all of the PDPs to be high-converting and the landing pages for WeConvert to do an excellent job.WeConvert has also worked on many aspects of our branding, specifically taking our packaging design and turning that into the full web design.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WeConvert has overexceeded our expectations in the delivery. While they’re not the cheapest on the market, they’ve overdelivered, and the ROI has paid off in a very short period. They’ve executed on the goals of the brand redesign, all PDPs, checkout flow, and other custom experiences on the website. We’re extremely ecstatic about where we are now and where we’re headed with their help.
Our conversion rate on the PDPs has gone from less than 1% to over 2%. We’ve also tracked many KPIs, and our conversion rates and customer satisfaction with the brand and the overall purchasing experience have increased significantly. We’ve seen nearly a 3x increase in conversions from net new customers from referral links.

How did WeConvert perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and with high quality. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive part of their work has been their research: the depth at which they’ve learned my customer base, the problems associated with the purchasing flow, and their understanding of why customers don’t buy more than why they do. WeConvert has integrated all of that data into the new behaviors that we want to communicate and stand out with in the industry. They’ve really helped us stand out from the competition with small yet massive key differentiators.
