I'm the head of marketing at Phytoceutics, a global healthcare group specializing in preminutraceuticals. We offer innovative, high-quality natural medicine products through brands like Phytoceutics, Biomax, Terranova, Similasan, and Nutriburst.

What challenge were you trying to address with WeCanFly?

We wanted to migrate from WooCommerce seamlessly and level up our UX and UI experience. We had new features we wanted to build into the site, and maintaining and building on our brand aesthetic was really important to us as a design-led brand.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

WeCanFly did everything from wireframing, UX, and UI through to all custom development and migration work. They built a custom quiz, implemented subscription, and added a lot of small UX details.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three teammates from WeCanFly.

How did you come to work with WeCanFly?

I found them on the Shopify experts page. I ran an extensive vetting process, and after creating a shortlist, I had calls with all my options. I had a great call with WeCanFly and was really impressed with their understanding of my needs and their process. I felt very confident they were the right people for the project.

We worked together from November 2024 to August 2025.
