I selected WeCanFly as it was the only company that actually said "we can do it". It was quite stressful project, because of the value of the client and time sensitivity and having a team who reassures every step of the way that we can deliver best quality of work at the end was crucial.

After sending the layouts developed by the agency, we established scope of work. The platform was actually required by the client (shopify), so straight after we started to work on development and managed to get the website up and running within around a month and allowed the client to have a very successful business launch.

I believe it was 3 people: Business Development Manager and 2 developers.

It was building the website from scratch so except meeting client's expectations was enough:)
