We wanted to export our products to the Caribbean using an E-Commerce Portal.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reviewed several companies and although they had some bad ratings, we felt that we could work with them to reach our goals in a cost effective manner.

We had a kick off meeting and the way it went should have been an indication we have made a mistake. But we continued not wanting to lose our down payment. They never listened, it was almost like they never read the e-mails or products we sent. We had to ask and resend over and over again for over a year. the sad part is that although we wanted to take one step at a time, none of the pages were ever completed, always something missing or incomplete

Although the two people we dealt with said they were Senior Developers, and the had a "Team" there was never any real indication of others, and the lack of progress for the site was the litmus test.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Unfortunately, the site is never completed, they kept promising for an entire year to get back on track, and we gave them $ 4,200.00 we were going to spend on Marketing when the site was complete however, the money was never used, and they refuse to return or continue with the site. Nothing was delivered except funds into their bank account.

Their management style was overpromise, and under deliver, something we learned the hard way. They stonewalled us for an entire year until cpanel expired. The communication was regular, it is just they would say yes we will complete, but never did until it was too late.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they continue to take individuals money for services they never intend on delivering on. In my many conversations with them we could overhear their selling as if in a boiler room scenario. Sad really, in our 25 years in business, this is the first time we have been taken like this. We have discovered that the names change, but the players remain the same.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, do the work they promised to do, and earn their money. Throughout the process, instead of finishing the project, they kept trying to upsell for more features but PTL, we did not fall for it and lose more money in the process. We are looking forward to finding some way to have them at least finish the work and place the site online, or get our money back. Fortunately, we have 100's of documents to back our claim.

WebZvio’s name came up during the meeting. One of our team members had worked with them on a personal web design project. We were also considering other agencies at that time, but Webzvio checked all the boxes better than the alternatives, e.g., cost, turnaround time, etc.

They shared initial design concepts in a week, and once we approved one after minor revisions, it was given to the developers.

The account manager shared all our requirements with the developers, etc. He was extremely amiable and helpful throughout.

The project was a resounding success. We got the website within the deadline, and except for one of two revisions, everything is perfect and according to our requirements.

We selected them after thorough market research. Our emphasis was on quality, clear communication, and timely delivery. We reached out to them with our project details, and after looking at their recent project, we opted to work with them.

The project included website development and SEO. The website development began with the initial design concepts of the four main web pages. After their approval, the next step was front-end development. When it was finished, they optimized the site and added some features. The web content was provided by our team.

We contacted their project head to discuss the project. When our project began, we kept in touch with a project manager who handled everything from start to finish.

Our website was developed to our requirements. Everything was in its place and functional. As far as SEO is concerned, we were able to rank for a few keywords in the US and the organic traffic on our website has been on the rise.

The project included the design & development of a website. The site was to be designed to sell my services. It had four pages in total: home, contact, about, and reviews. It was agreed upon that the website would be finished within two months plus-minus a week. T

he social media management contract was signed for three months. During that time, webzvio was tasked with designing and uploading posts, monitoring analytics, and managing feedback.

The website project was a resounding success. Barring one or two revisions, everything went smoothly. Their social media management was a bit underwhelming in the beginning but caught up in terms of quality after those initial issues.

The project went underway after we submitted the brief forms. We were in touch with WebZvio through their assigned project manager. The first website concept was sent to us after a week and it required a few extra touches. The second concept fulfilled all of our requirements. The website’s SEO started after site development was complete. Web content was also prepared after that and approved after a few changes here and there.

Our website’s visitor count has increased exponentially. We now get more calls and emails from website visits than any other means.
