The website they built is product showcase website with clean navigation it has transformed how potential clients perceive our brand online. They were also proactive, often suggesting improvements we hadn't even thought of.

What stood out most was how genuinely results-driven they are. A lot of agencies just deliver work and move on, but Webxsquare actually cared about outcomes they tracked performance, reported everything transparently, and kept optimizing until we saw real growth in traffic and sales. Combining web development, SEO, and social media under one team also made everything seamless for us. They felt more like a partner invested in our success than just a service provider.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webxsquare could have done differently?

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about. If anything, during really busy periods the responses could occasionally take a bit longer, but they always followed through. More detailed performance reporting on the social media side would be a nice addition too. These are minor points though nothing that affected the overall results or our decision to continue working with them.
